Working on my fit...ZZZZZ!
Hello, again! Is it only Tuesday? I've started this week off very sleepy. The Super Bowl kept me up way past my bedtime and I haven't felt the same. On top of that, I started a new workout routine and the gang at BodyRock.TV is kicking my tail! I found this website through my addiction(of course!) and had to try it out immediately. They have a whole assortment of FREE videos and workout schedules. While it is not your typical workout DVD, they provide extensive demonstrations on each exercise and modifications. You just need an interval timer (that I downloaded on my iPhone) and 10 minutes. Try it out for yourself and see how it goes! I posted the video (below) that I initially viewed on Pinterest.
